Refund

If you withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the amount paid for the product, excluding the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.


Product Return

The product must be returned within 7 business days from the date you notified us of the withdrawal, to the following address:

Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
