3. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
The contract is concluded once we confirm your order by email or upon dispatch of the goods.

Shipping costs are calculated separately and are visible before order confirmation.

These GTC are governed by Italian law.
For any disputes, the competent court shall be Bolzano (BZ), Italy, unless otherwise provided to protect the consumer in accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005.
